PARTY ON THE POTOMAC! Here’s to a fantastic summer full of warm vibes, healthy spirits, and endless smiles! Shadefest ‘17 is this coming weekend: JUNE 22-24, located in Avenue, MD at a beautiful spot right on the coast of the Potomac River. This will be their 3rd year in full swing and to complement that there is an impressive music lineup featuring Perpetual Groove, People’s Blues of Richmond, LITZ, ELM (covering Ween!), Jouwala Collective, Dalton Dash, Toxic Moxie, and many more favorites!
As one could imagine there will be endless chances to go swimming to cool off from dancing, live art installations located around the grounds, an OPEN JAM TENT for anyone to join in the music experience…. Late night bluegrass, vendors, and plenty of food options for you to choose from. I myself will be holding down some of the acoustic jamming fun being had throughout the weekend and absolutely cannot WAIT to get back up to this beautifully property in Maryland! Brought to you by the same people who inaugurated The Place (Richmond, VA music venue).
