Pink Talking Fish is kicking off the year with a National Winter Tour that culminates with a very special event. The tour is a mix of Northeast Ski Destinations, a run through some of Virginia’s premiere venues and visit to Colorado & New Mexico.
The tour closer marks Pink Talking Fish’s return to The Capitol Theatre with an event of epic proportions. Last year, the band hosted a 3 plus hour performance of The Talking Head’s Film “Stop Making Sense” which was filled with special guests from The Meters, Turkuaz, Deep Banana Blackout and more.
On February 10th, The Capitol Theatre will present Pink Talking Fish: The Wall. This will be a full rendition of Pink Floyd’s masterpiece “The Wall” with Phish & Talking Heads songs intertwined through the album cuts. Like last year, this will be a marathon performance and this interpretation of The Wall will be like nothing ever seen before.
Rob Compa from Dopapod as well as Sammi Garett & Shira Elias from Turkuaz will be special guests for this event. Expect many other surprises in store.
