In anticipation of their long-awaited reunion show a The Capitol Theatre on April 27th, Dopapod will start to systematically release their catalog of live recordings on Nugs.net. As of today, the first 5 shows have been released and are currently available to stream: http://bit.ly/DopapodNugsNet.
Fans can expect to see an additional 5 shows added monthly to Nugs.net leading into the April 27th reunion show. Following the reunion, the band’s entire archive will make its migration over to Nugs.net.
“We are very excited to team up with Nugs.net and to have our 333+ live soundboard recordings on a streaming service with so many other great bands,” shared Dopapod. “We’ll be starting the transition with 5 stand out shows from 2017, hand selected by the band.” The shows currently available to stream are:
4/8/17 – Boston, MA – Paradise Rock Club
8/10/17 – Scranton, PA – Peach Music Fest
10/31/17 – Saratoga Springs, NY – Putnam Den
12/8/17 – Columbus, OH – Woodlands Tavern
12/15/17 – Stroudsburg, PA – Sherman Theater
Up until now, Dopapod’s live catalog of over 333 soundboard recordings was only available on Podify. While the catalog is changing homes completely (meaning Podify will no longer offer these recordings), the band is partnering with Nugs.net to offer all current Podify subscribers three free months on the new service.
