Finding the best over night accommodations or even better yet, an AirBnB to stay at in general can be a daunting task to anyone. Let alone, finding the perfect place for your group of friends to commandeer as their home for a weekend filled with traveling, music, and copious amounts of good fun, and good times. Who is going to find the AirBnb, you ask? Well, I’ve done all of the work for you! I have found the most perfect Air BnB’s in some of our most beloved musical cities to help get you going on your search for the perfect stay. I know there are always other questions that arise when booking a place for a group to stay at. Cost, venue proximity, transportation, and vibe of the life outside the place…just to name a few. Well, don’t worry—I’ve done all of that work for you too!
Baltimore, Maryland
Now, this first place I have chosen to share with you is in a perfect location in regards to music venues, eateries, bars, and clubs. With a full panoramic view of downtown Baltimore, a thirty minute walk to 8 x 10 music venue and only a ten minute walk to Baltimore Sound Stage,— the world is your oyster and all at your fingertips.
This condo is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and queen sized pull out couch with quite a view to wake up to in the morning. The natural light and bright decor compliment the lofty style this place has to offer. To top it all off you can stay here for the low price of $111 per night! Split that between five other friends and you’ve got an amazing four night stay for only $74. Can’t beat that!
Next, we have this beautiful and spacious townhome in Federal Hill. With only a five minute walk to the 8 x 10, and Federal Hill Park being just around the corner. Minutes from the inner harbor, M & T Bank Stadium, the Baltimore Museum of Industry and the American Visionary Art Museum…this AirBnB not only takes the cake on location but also provides a spacious home for everyone staying there.
This home is a four bedroom and four bath house with three full floors of living space. So there is tons of room for activities! The stunning kitchen provides ample space for a family gathering and cook off. While, the cozy double pained gas fire place allows those who prefer the more relaxing approach to life to do so. With all of this space includes four parking spots off of the back end of the row home, so parking is easy. Staying here with seven other guests is a non questionable choice when the price tag is only $105 per person for a three night stay.
Columbus, Ohio
In the heart of downtown Columbus, is this cute little town called German Village. It’s a must see and visit when taking to trip into the city. That is where I found this gorgeous downtown modern home that can fit up to ten guests! The prime locations is near some of the most popular restaurants and shops in town such as Lindeys, Katzingers, and the iconic Schmidt’s Sausage Haus. A quick Uber/Lyft ride away from Shadow Box Live, Newport Music Hall, The Bluestone, and plenty more venues depending on the genre you are going for.
This luxurious German Village getaway is the perfect place to gather for a large event, getting the crew and fam or Pham as I like to say—Back together alas! With many different spaces for you and your friends to lounge on and sleep, everyone will have the most perfect night of sleep. Enjoy the pull out couch, or pick the top bunk on this queen sized bunk bed. The space is grand, includes a beautiful back patio, and makes you feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel! At $210 per night, a group of ten can stay here for $84 per person for three nights.
While you are in Columbus, don’t forget to check out this charming AirBnB located just a few blocks away from The Ohio State University Campus, local breweries, restaurants, the gateway entertainment district, and tons of music venues. With Goodale Park not too far away the possibilities for fun are endless.
This home can fit up to ten guests, has four bedrooms, five beds, and two bathrooms so no one has to fight for a place to sleep. The luxury of being in such a prime location, within walking distance to most anything or anywhere you want to go makes staying at this home perfect for a weekend. At the price of $330 per night, for a three night weekend with nine of your other friends you can stay here for $99 a person.
Asheville, North Carolina
As we all know Asheville is a mecca for music, great brews, and tons of food. This next house is in the beautiful Biltmore area of Asheville, and just miles away from the notorious Blue Ridge Parkway. This Air BnB is just a short fifteen to twenty minute car ride away from a plethora of music venues. To name a few…French Broad Brewery, The Orange Peel, Asheville Music Hall, The Salvage Station, and more.
The relaxing vibe, rustic accents, and natural light in this AirBnB make it the perfect little country hideaway. Grab five of your besties and head on out to this three bedroom, three bed, with one bath oasis. Once you are done moving and groovin and dancing the night away don’t forget to take a dip in the outdoor hot tub. With it only being $150 a night, a group of six can enjoy a three night stay for $75 a piece.
Or stay in this cozy Cedar cabin with five of your friends. It’s a little further away from downtown but the views make this pick perfect! The rustic design of this cabin combined with magnificent luxury, a warm fire place and a screened in porch with an outdoor dining space.
For a group of six this place is perfect! For $244 a night, six people can stay at this hidden gem for three nights at only $112 per person.
