The festival proudly supports Chakulla and supports its hunger relief efforts. Chakulla, affectionately known as “Grandfather Chakulla,” is a Florida-based folk/world/jazz artist dedicated to fighting hunger for over 40 years. The festival encourages all attendees to get involved by contributing non-perishable food donations. These donations will go towards Chakulla’s “Hunger Bus,” which then takes the donated food directly to recipients such as food banks, food pantries, and shelters.
