Everclear sold out The National in Richmond Va with their enthusiastic fans of all ages! They brought their high energy to the stage and the fans rocked out right along with them! Being a band that came out when I was younger and still touring, it was a real treat to be able to cover them. Hearing some of the songs from my childhood, immediately brought me back to those memories of riding around with friends and blaring the radio while singing along carefree! Walking around the venue and seeing fans of all ages is a testament to how timeless their music is and how relatable it still is to this day! The setlist went like this So Much For The Afterglow, Everything to Everyone, Heroin Girl, Nervous and Weird, Father Of Mine, Sunflowers, Learning How To Smile, Strawberry, I Will Buy You A New Life, El Distorto De Melodica, AM Radio, Wonderful, Song From An American Movie Pt 1, Rock Star, a cover of Van Morrison’s Brown Eye’d Girl, Santa Monica, and the cover of The Vaselines Molly’s Lips. Do yourself a favor and be at the next Everclear show in your area to witness a great night of music!!
