🎶 Bill Cockrell

Meet the Artists

A Florida native, Bill Cockrell was born into a musical family and developed a passion for music early in life. By age 10, he was playing drums and soon mastered various instruments, including brass, woodwinds, piano, and guitar. Growing up on the beach and engulfing himself in the island lifestyle, his sound naturally took on a Trop Rock feel, blending classic singer-songwriter influences with laid-back coastal influences. Bill has performed at Walt Disney World, Margaritaville, Sea World, and major corporate events, making him a staple in the Trop Rock community.

🎶 Jimmy Parrish

A veteran of the Trop Rock scene, Jimmy Parrish has been bringing island-style acoustic rock to audiences for over 30 years. His band, The Ocean Waves Band, was formed in 2000 and helped define the Trop Rock genre before it even had a name. In 2008, Jimmy won the Kenny Chesney “Next Big Star” contest, earning the chance to open for Chesney at a packed arena show. His music blends ocean vibes, smooth rhythms, and storytelling, creating the ultimate listening experience.

🎶 Beth Travers

From Nashville to Florida’s coastBeth Travers is a seasoned singer-songwriter whose career has taken her from the Grand Ole Opry stage to beachside venues across the country. She has worked with Ray Stevens and Johnny Russell, and her music is a perfect combination of country storytelling and coastal rhythms. A multiple Trop Rock Music Association (TRMA) nominee, Beth’s music is seasoned with warmth, adventure, and the unmistakable feeling of a Gulf breeze.

🎶 John McDonald & The Mango Men

If you love a mix of reggae and rock John McDonald & The Mango Men will be a highlight of the festival. His latest album, Beach More, Worry Less, earned nine TRMA nominations, including Single of the Year (You’re My Margaritaville) and Album of the Year. With performances ranging from festivals to intimate house concerts, John’s music brings a Floribbean feel that transports listeners straight to the shore.

🎶 Kirstie Kraus

A dynamic country-rock artistKirstie Kraus has opened for Thomas Rhett, Kip Moore, Brothers Osborne, and Walker Hayes, among others. Her music blends funky bass lines, bluesy rock, and modern country, making her one of Nashville’s rising stars. In 2023, she made her UK debut at the C2C Festival in London, further expanding her growing international fanbase.
