Luna Light Music and Arts Festival kicks off October and will leave a lot for proceeding Fall festivals to live up to. Occurring at a new location, (Darlington, MD) Camp Ramblewood will be host to 2015’s Luna Light.
Their mission as described by their website is to “carry the creative spirit throughout the entire property to provide a haven for renewal, progress, and fun!” It is to be sure that there will be no problem effectuating their mission with as much to offer as this year’s event. There will be something for every attendee there, no matter what their personal passion might be. Music lovers will be treated to spectacular headliners including Papadosio, Keller Williams & The Keels, Ozric Tentacles, Dopapod, Ott, Desert Dwellers, Thriftworks, Kaminanda, Dixon’s Violin, as well as a Dark side of the moon set by Pink Talking Fish. This is just to name a few of the musical acts- every day will be loaded with stellar performances from many more musicians. For the art lovers, visionary artists including Jonathan Solter, David Choong Lee, and Mary Murph will be bringing their visual splendor and endless creative talent to Luna Light. There will be yoga sessions in both the morning and the evening of each day, and a variety of workshops including a drum workshop lead by the famous Kodi.
VIP tickets are available for those looking to have access to the discounted VIP bar, VIP pool parties, priority parking, and early entry on Thursday– but act quickly-only a few of these tickets remain! Luna Light is putting a 2,500 person capacity on this year’s festival to keep it intimate. Cabins with electricity are available, but like the VIP tickets, are about to be sold out! If you don’t manage to catch a cabin, it’s all good- you can camp out in beautiful Camp Ramblewood, enjoying its starry skies and lovely woodland surroundings.
